WHO IT'S FOR Ecommerce, DTC and subscription brands doing 500+ orders a month

Acquiring a customer costs money.
Keeping one makes money.

We build behavior-triggered lifecycle programs across email, WhatsApp and SMS. Your repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value grow — without a bigger ad budget behind them.

The audit takes 45 minutes, costs nothing, and ends with a roadmap you can act on. It isn't a sales pitch.

The problem

Your revenue isn't lost inside a channel. It's lost between them.

For most brands, the retention problem isn't "we don't send enough email". It's failing to reach the right person, on the right channel, at the moment it matters. These are the four leaks we run into most often.

01

Silence after the first order

Someone buys, a thank-you email goes out, and then nothing. The window that would have triggered a second order closes within 30–60 days.

02

The audience email never reaches

Younger customers don't open email. Sending the same message over WhatsApp, with consent, lifts open rates several times over — yet most brands never set the channel up at all.

03

The same discount for everyone

Discounting to a customer who was going to buy anyway is donating margin. An unsegmented campaign trades profit for revenue.

04

A channel nobody measures

Open rate gets reported. Revenue per recipient and cohort-level retention don't. You can't optimize what you never measure.

Approach

Capture · Convert · Retain

We treat retention as a layer of your revenue architecture, not a separate line item on an invoice. Three stages, one plan.

Stage 01

Capture

We turn traffic into an opted-in subscriber base. Without consent there is no retention.

  • Opt-in and pop-up strategy
  • WhatsApp consent flow (KVKK / İYS compliant)
  • Zero-party data collection questions
  • List growth and list hygiene
Stage 02

Convert

Scenarios that pull the first purchase forward and strip friction out of the path.

  • Abandoned cart and browse abandonment flows
  • Cross-channel handover (email WhatsApp)
  • Offer and urgency architecture
  • A/B testing plan
Stage 03

Retain

Always-on flows that grow repeat purchase and lifetime value.

  • Post-purchase and replenishment flows
  • Winback and churn prevention
  • VIP tiers and loyalty design
  • Cohort-based reporting
Channels

Not one channel — one orchestration

Rather than running channels side by side, we build them as steps in the same journey. If the email goes unopened, WhatsApp picks it up; where there's no WhatsApp consent, SMS does.

SMS

For short, time-sensitive messages. İYS-compliant sending, frequency discipline, and rules that stop two channels from landing at once.

P

Push & In-App

For brands with a mobile app. Segment-based push and in-app messaging that lifts session frequency, with attribution and cohort tracking through an Adjust integration.

WhatsApp Marketing

Turkey's least-used retention channel is also its highest-returning one

Brands that build WhatsApp properly see engagement several times higher than email. Brands that don't collect complaints, blocks and legal exposure instead. The difference lies in how consent is built.

Consent first, message second

We build a double opt-in flow. KVKK and İYS requirements are met while the channel is being set up, not patched on afterwards.

Zero-party data at the moment of sign-up

Three short questions sit inside the consent flow: style preference, area of interest and email address. From the very first message you're segmenting on what people actually told you, not on assumption.

On the same journey as email and CRM

WhatsApp isn't an island. Same segment logic, same frequency rules, same reporting — so nobody gets the same message twice on two channels.

Case · Outdoor / retail

A 40-year-old outdoor brand built WhatsApp from scratch

The goal: own its customer data in a post-cookie world and reach a younger audience that never opens email. The result was thousands of opted-in subscribers within the first weeks, and engagement far above email.

Let's verify this potential together

How this is calculated: your order volume from new customers is held constant — retention doesn't change acquisition. When the repeat purchase rate rises, that same flow of new customers produces more total orders, and the difference is the additional revenue. This is also why the same point increase creates a bigger effect at brands whose rate is already high. It is a simplified scenario model: an order of magnitude, not a guarantee. Your real potential surfaces in an audit run against your own cohort data.

Process

What happens in the first 90 days?

We start with an audit, not with building flows. Until you know what's broken, you can't know what to build.

Weeks 0–2

Audit and analysis

Existing flows, data flow, deliverability, domain reputation and cohort performance. Output: a prioritized list of opportunities.

Weeks 2–5

Setup and integration

ESP–store integration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, the WhatsApp consent flow, a UTM standard and GA4 alignment.

Weeks 5–9

Flows and segmentation

Welcome, cart, post-purchase and winback flows go live. The behavioral segment set is defined.

Weeks 9–13

Optimization and scaling

A/B tests, loyalty design, cohort reporting and the testing plan for the next quarter.

Client feedback

What the teams we work with say

The quotes below are drafts — before this page goes live they should be approved by the clients in question and published with a name, a title and a photo.

Lifecycle build · 6 months"Email used to be an announcement channel we posted to once a month. Digipeak didn't start by building campaigns — they started by auditing what we already had, and a deliverability problem we had no idea about came out of it. Once the flows were live, the channel stopped being a noticeboard and turned into something that produces revenue on a steady basis."

WhatsApp channel setup"We wanted to try WhatsApp but kept putting it off because of the uncertainty around KVKK and İYS. They built the consent flow correctly from day one, and that worry disappeared completely. The number of opted-in subscribers we collected in the first few weeks was far beyond what we expected."

Segmentation & reporting"The most useful shift was that we stopped sending everyone the same discount. Once the segments were separated we ran fewer campaigns and earned more from each one. Reporting moved on from open rate to a cohort-level view as well."

Working with our in-house team"We have a marketing team of our own, and our biggest fear about working with an agency was losing ownership of the work. They handled the build, left us the documentation, and we run the day-to-day together. Our team learned a great deal in the process."

Subscription / churn management"In a subscription model, talking about churn is easy; building something around it is hard. They set up flows that catch an at-risk user before they leave. From the first month we could see in numbers what was working — that was the biggest difference for us."

What we do, and what we don't

A bad fit is expensive for both sides. Let's be clear from the start.

This is us

  • Retention audit and roadmap
  • Email, WhatsApp, SMS and push flow builds
  • Segmentation architecture and zero-party data collection
  • Copy, design, QA and technical setup end to end
  • Deliverability and domain reputation management
  • Cohort-based reporting and a monthly testing plan

This isn't

  • Performance advertising and media buying (a separate team)
  • One-off email template design
  • Bulk sending to a non-consented list — under no circumstances
  • Guaranteed revenue promises
  • A retention program for a brand with no customer base yet

How does pricing work?

We don't sell fixed packages. Price comes down to three variables: how many channels are covered, monthly campaign and flow volume, and whether you want the build or the ongoing operation. At the end of the audit we present a defined scope and a number — you leave the conversation with a proposal, not an estimate.

[Note: adding a starting price range here lifts conversion noticeably. E.g. "Build projects start at X, monthly management at Y."]

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

When will I see results?

Once the core flows are live, measurable movement in the first 30–60 days is normal. Lasting, cohort-level impact usually becomes clear over a 3–6 month window. If an agency tells you revenue exploded in month one, it is probably discounting to customers who were going to buy anyway.

Is WhatsApp marketing legal in Turkey?

Yes — provided you have consent. Commercial electronic messages require an İYS record and explicit, KVKK-compliant consent. We build a double opt-in flow and keep the consent record in an auditable form. We don't send to non-consented lists; that carries both legal risk and a fast route to having your number blocked.

We already have an agency or an in-house team. How would we work together?

Two models work here. Either we take over the retention layer entirely, or we run the audit and the build and hand the day-to-day operation to your team. In the second model, training and documentation are part of the scope. We won't overlap with your advertising agency — we sit at a different layer of the funnel.

Which platforms do you work with?

More than 20 email service providers, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Braze and Mailchimp among them. On the ecommerce side, Shopify (we're an official partner in Turkey); Adjust for mobile attribution; GA4, Mixpanel and Amplitude for analytics. If your current stack does the job, we stay on it — we only recommend moving platform when it is genuinely necessary.

Is there a minimum commitment?

The audit can be taken on its own and commits you to nothing. Build work is priced per project. For ongoing management, the first three months are the shortest window that means anything — below that, no retention program can be judged fairly.

We're a small brand. Is this too early for us?

Probably yes. A retention program needs a customer base and a steady flow of orders to work against. If you're doing fewer than 300 orders a month, we'd tell you to focus on acquisition and product-market fit first — and we'll say so plainly on the call.

What exactly do I get from the audit?

A review of your existing flows and data setup, where you stand on deliverability, a prioritized list of opportunities, and a 90-day roadmap. It stays with you even if we never work together. It takes 45 minutes and costs nothing.
